Coldplay May Get Served Lawsuit At Grammys

So, Joe Satriani is suing Coldplay because their "new" song "Viva La Vida" sounds eerily similar to his song "If I Could Fly" which predates it. But, you might want to take a listen to "Hearts" by Marty Balin, formerly of Jefferson Airplane. His 1981 song predates both and has the same similar melody and chord progression. Who's zooming who?
